They say its 20% exercise and 80% nutrition when aiming for a body goal and this is so right. What we fuel our bodies with is so important and that is where Fiona can help you.
If you have tried every diet with little or no long-term success and need someone to trust in, then having a consultation with Fiona may be the start of a really positive journey.
Fiona has two children, Teddy and Ruby and has a passion for exercise and nutrition. Fiona works out regularly and loves food. Fiona believes that there shouldn’t be lots of restrictions in your diet (unless you have intolerances or allergens) and food should be enjoyed. You may have to make some sacrifices to achieve your goals, but Fiona will work with you to ensure they are lifelong habits you are forming and not just a fad diet.
You will have an initial consultation with Fiona and also be asked to complete a questionnaire. This will give Fiona a good basis to understand your goals, your lifestyle and what you will need to support your goals.
Fiona will build a meal plan that is full of delicious food, includes snacks and even a little bit of what you fancy. Goal setting is key and working with a nutritional coach will give you the focus and accountability you need to achieve your goals.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a magic wand but consistency, support and celebrating the small wins is what Fiona will help you with.

Payment Terms
Payment is required as a standing order on 1st of each month.
If we start our sessions during the month, pro-rata will be worked out and the monthly fee starts from 1st of the next month.
