At Bournemouth Wellbeing Experience we're dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of the younger generation. We offer a wide range of school sessions, including children's boot camps, yoga, zumba, boxercise, and more. Our mission is to educate, motivate, and inspire children to embrace an active and healthier lifestyle.
We believe that every child should have the opportunity to engage in moderate to vigorous physical exercise for a minimum of 60 minutes and, when possible, extend that to several hours per day. By providing fun and engaging fitness activities, we aim to instill the importance of exercise from a young age, setting the foundation for a lifetime of well-being.

Training with Bournemouth wellbeing experience has completely turned my life around! I first started training with Gav 3 months ago and now have a completely different outlook on life and attitude towards fitness and looking after myself.
So far I’ve lost 1 stone and have changed my workouts to focusing on building muscle rather than loosing weight as well as dramatically changing my diet due to achieving my weight loss goal. Now I see training as a treat in my spare time rather than a chore that I felt too lazy to do. It’s also encouraged me to join the gym, which I never would have had the confidence to do before but I now love it!
The training Gav does is specific to my goals and each session he encourages me to improve specific areas, which is great for feeling good about what I’ve achieved and keeping track of my progress.
Before I started training I would wake up late, was unmotivated and had no intentions of incorporating good health into my daily life. With Fiona’s nutrition advice I now make weekly meal plans that organise me for the week and prevent me from going off focus, which I used to find easy to do.
I do 3 sessions a week with Gav and we train in different locations and do different types of training, which is always something to look forward to.
My confidence now is better than ever and I’d hate to think of what I’d be like now if I never made those changes.

A fantastic session. Some running, Bodyweight exercises and Tri-Set Training. Gavin is an ideal PT, who talks and shows you through it all. This caters for all levels of fitness. A thoroughly enjoyable session which will put you through you paces, but you'll come away feeling like you've accomplished something

There was a flyer in the Bournemouth beach lodges where we were staying for the long weekend with details and classes of fitness sessions - I signed up for the boscombe beach body workout on the Saturday morning, I thought the class was great, it had everything I needed for a full body, high intensity workout on our little break that made me feel slightly less guilty about drinking and eating the weekend!
It was easy to book online and a good price (I think I got a discount with the flyer too).
I can’t fault the setting.... working out on the sand by the sea on a clear hot day, it doesn’t get better location that that, I know where I would rather workout (my gym is underground in the middle of London).
The equipment was really good, great variation..... for some of the exercises deadlifts, slams, BB bicep curl etc could maybe do with some heavier weights to add quickly.
Good instruction and encouragement/pushing as well.
If/when I return I would sign up again.

I have been doing GT Fitness 1:1 sessions for several months now and they have been great. I go to the gym 4 times a week and had reached a bit of a plateau. I decided to take up personal training and found that Gav’s sessions have complemented my existing exercise program and really pushed me on. Every session is individually planned to your needs and the constant variation of sessions makes each workout something I look forward to and I have really felt the benefits!
