Saturday & Sunday Small Group PT
On Saturday and Sunday mornings we run small group personal training sessions. We meet at the Bournemouth Wellbeing Experience Beach hub located between Durley Chine beach and Bournemouth Pier. The session times are from 8.00am-8.30am.
On Saturdays, we bring the workout to the stunning Bournemouth Beach, offering a small group personal training session. Engage in a dynamic fitness experience with the help of various functional equipment against the backdrop of the beaches beauty.
Sundays bring a dynamic exercise session that combines running with TRX suspension training. As you hit your stride, we'll make strategic stops to utilise TRX, enhancing your strength and stability. Later in the session, we transition into a series of bodyweight exercises, focusing on core strength and full-body engagement. It's a well-rounded workout to kickstart your Sunday with energy and vitality.
Our classes are designed to accommodate everyone, regardless of their fitness level. So, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, we welcome you to join us for a fulfilling and energetic exercise experience.
