Training with Bournemouth wellbeing experience has completely turned my life around! I first started training with Gav 3 months ago and now have a completely different outlook on life and attitude towards fitness and looking after myself.

So far I’ve lost 1 stone and have changed my workouts to focusing on building muscle rather than loosing weight as well as dramatically changing my diet due to achieving my weight loss goal. Now I see training as a treat in my spare time rather than a chore that I felt too lazy to do. It’s also encouraged me to join the gym, which I never would have had the confidence to do before but I now love it!

The training Gav does is specific to my goals and each session he encourages me to improve specific areas, which is great for feeling good about what I’ve achieved and keeping track of my progress.

Before I started training I would wake up late, was unmotivated and had no intentions of incorporating good health into my daily life. With Fiona’s nutrition advice I now make weekly meal plans that organise me for the week and prevent me from going off focus, which I used to find easy to do.

I do 3 sessions a week with Gav and we train in different locations and do different types of training, which is always something to look forward to.

My confidence now is better than ever and I’d hate to think of what I’d be like now if I never made those changes.
