/“This is my second cycle of Sessions with GT fitness. I was nervous about taking on this training approach how ever Gavin soon made me feel relaxed and welcome. He is a diverse and varied instructor that keeps sessions challenging and fun. He is firm but fair, keeping me in a stretch zone that moves me closer to my goals. He really motivates you and for the first time I believe I will achieve my health objectives. I now can’t imagine not being part of his training group.
